Recently I’ve had a studio visit from my agent @illustrationdivision and answered a few questions and I’m humbled! 😭 Not only are they the best to work with but it feels so good to have their support in all aspects of my work.

It’s hard to tell what I feel about women’s day, in a sense it’s an accomplishment in itself if you think about it in a historical context, but it’s also a slap in the face if you think about it in that exact same context. What does it achieve? What does it give us that we didn’t already have? What is it they didn’t give us by granting one day per year with our name on it?
My childhood dessert but make it gorgeous… I was so excited and inspired by @ban__be wonderful Vietnamese jellies I had to draw them… they look like little jewels and made me think of the dessert my mum made me all the time when I was young, either flavored with pan-dan or coconut. She kept it in the fridge and it was a summer thing, it tasted like a soft and chewy yet creamy piece of heaven in my child’s mouth. So yummy. These look like a dream and I hope to visit this Vietnamese American bakery next time I’m in NYC 🌸🌱🍡🥥
